Bill, I have the perfect buyers for your 3-family and they are anxious to move forward

There is a grandmother – trouble walking – just sold her house and she has the money -

Granny goes on the first floor

Granny’s daughter and son-in-law –

Call them Mom and Dad

Well, they always wanted to own a house and

He dreamed about opening a small machine shop

So Mom and Dad live on the second floor –

house goes in their name –

Oh, yah, Dad can open his little business in the barn behind the house

There was also a granddaughter who just found out that she’s pregnant –

She has NO husband – NO job

They put her up in the studio apartment on the third floor

I made as much money as I would earn from TWO whole years of teaching in an urban high school.

For the first time, I was really – really – getting interested in real estate
